NKG were great at sorting out the problem, and sourced a replacement for the missing component within a week, then airmail it over to me. Overall, good value, a great service and communications. My only issue is that many pieces came out of their trays during shipping, so I can't tell if everything is in the box. However, no complaints about NK; they are FANTASTIC to work with. They always ship immediately on payment and merchandise reaches my house w/in two days or so. Merchandise is well packaged, price and shipping are reasonable. Great communication! Recommended!
