    Great for my needs!

    I was going to get a new phone off EE with my contract but became aware that the new 5G capable phones were having their performance and camera spec being reduced for the extra complexity of 5G. I chose this model as it had a great camera and processor and as my use is mainly apps, browsing, listening to music and general use, not films or gaming. It is medium size, has great screen and camera quality, and works at lightening speed compared to my old A20e. I've even moved into the 21st century and use it to make contactless payments. Also it has an f.m. radio tuner which I find useful. Even the sound off the speaker is not bad if slightly quiet. It may not be a young person's idea of a snazzy phone but suits me! I was lucky to get a new unused phone privately and reasonably and will save ...

    easy to use great features

    nice size 6.1 inch screen pretty quick processor slightly narrower than last phone hawai y2018 which makes chunky fingers a problem easy to hit wrong letter/no when typing good storage 64GB Easy to set up & transfer stuff from other android phone . Fingerprint, facial ,pattern all on main screen & can be set for 1 or have all 3 running at same time comes in handy when hands are dirty.

    Terrible fingerprint scanner

    This phone was bought because my wife wanted the fingerprint recognition. Unfortunately it’s useless. The scanner won’t even go above 0% when scanning a new fingerprint. She will have to make do with the face recognition instead. And why did Samsung feel the need to change the SIM card from Micro to Nano. My wife can’t use her new phone now until she gets a new Nano SIM card. This also means that her old Samsung Galaxy Neo can’t be saved as a backup. Annoying.

    Good smaller / mid sized smartphone

    Unfortunately my previous phone developed a firmware failure. All phones are now on the larger size but the A41 is one of the smaller sized smartphone. The Battery life is very good, sound and picture quality is more than adequate. Camera has a good specification. Not a lot to not like about the phone.

    Arrived swiftly, product exactly as specified. The outside is a bit slippery, but didn't want a case as my last phone seemed to heat up a lot in its case. Nice clear screen, only improvement would be to make on/off button on the side more visible - had to mark mine white.
