    More Advanced than a True Beginner

    I recommend it, but with reservations. I am a beginning harp student and this book is apparently addressed to beginners. But some of the musical notations are not explained and the book very quickly moves into more advanced music. The CD will be helpful, I'm sure. If this were my only harp instruction book, I'd be lost. I'm putting it aside until I have worked my way through more basic books, like the one by Sylvia Woods.

    Good for beginners

    I have never played an instrument and find this book very easy to follow. Loaded with info and lots of songs to practice. The cd is essential for understanding time. Good value.
