It clearly gives instructions on the letterbox where to put all parcels etc. Both items are ruined because of a courier who just couldnt be bothered to take 5 steps to my parcel box. Im not blaming the seller as they were very prompt in dispatching both items. These were supppsed to be christmas presents. Now they are only good enough for the bin. Pleaae advise me what i should do next.... thank you
