    Good value, good sound

    This unit is fairly full featured for its lower end price. I would have given it 5 stars but the photos in the descriptions showed that it had an aux input jack. This isn’t the case, there is an audio/video input using phono jacks. I had to convert it to a 3.5mm jack in order to use it for what I needed. Not a big deal,but still not as described.

    If it worked every time I start my car I would give 5 ⭐️

    The volume has to be reset every time I turn my radio/Pandora on. Also, it doesn’t work all the time. I start my car and can’t get anything except the date and time. Can’t access tuner or Pandora. Even access to my phone info like contacts won’t pull up

    Great stereo

    I haven’t paid much attention to aftermarket stereos since the 90s. My kid wanted Apple CarPlay, so I attempted to buy the cheapest unit I could find from one of the classic brands. I had problems finding something in stock, so I started to do a little research. I wasn’t familiar with Boss and didn’t realize Boss was an American company. Decided to give them a chance, and so glad I did. This unit was better than the 15 year old OEM unit it replaced in every way (obviously), but it also bests the the OEM CarPlay units in my 5 year old Chevy and my wife’s brand new VW. Very impressed. Ordering another Boss unit for my old Jeep so I can use CarPlay with OnX maps when I’m off grid. So excited.

    Good value and options for the price

    I started looking for a quality apple car-play radio with rear camera option, Bluetooth phone connectivity and option for steering wheel control. Tried this Boss radio for its fairly good reviews and lower price than other brands, and it actually met my expectations. I ended purchasing another radio to upgrade my second car radio.
