    FATRAT

    Like the original rat it is a great distortion pedal. The FATRAT has additional selections that modify stock,mosfet, and fat sounds. This comes incredibly useful to make bright guitars sound bluesy or warm guitars sound brighter and jazzy.

    Sounds great

    I have owned Rat pedals since 1987 and the FATRAT is right up there with my older pedals. The fat and mosfet settings sound great and I find myself using this Rat pedal over my other truly vintage Rats. I'll probably be taking this to my next gig as I really dig the sound and I can leave my now valuable and irreplaceable 30 plus year old Rats safe at home.

    Best distortion pedal in the world!

    This is in my opinion, one of the best distortions pedals with an iconic sound from the 80-90, the extra controls on the FAT RAT allow to find that sweet spot for any guitar-pickup-amp configuration so it's more versatile than the classic RAT. Totally recommended.

    Great rat that does a variety of sounds. I last had a vintage rat, and it was a great pedal, but this one is really close to the real deal. I've been using the rat in different varieties since 1984.
