    Haynes Motorcycle Repair Manual for Yamaha XJ650/750 bikes. Highly Recommended!

    I was very pleasantly surprised at the excellent, high quality and practical nature of this manual. I have the Yamaha Factory XJ650G Manual, and this outclasses it soundly in most important regards. The Haynes Manual includes many more clear, readable photos and diagrams to assist you in understanding and doing procedures correctly - it does not assume you are a Factory Trained Mechanic! It gives alternative ways of making repairs or fabricating tools where a Dealership mechanic might have a special Yamaha tool and you do not. Troubleshooting or "Fault Diagnosis" is excellent - tells you what symptoms are likely to mean. If you can only afford one manual for your XJ Yamaha, this should be the one you buy. I like having the factory manual, but with this one, I don't really need it. I ...
