      I love the hose reel! It took forever to get to me, but that’s not your fault, it’s USPS and anything coming to Asheville, it’s like we do not exist on the map!! It took five extra days to get to me! The packaging inside the box (bubble wrap) was SUPERIOR. However, the box itself was not sufficient and was all pushed in at the top with the contents being exposed. Fortunately, it was well wrapped within. The item and pictures were as described and the value was certainly very well worth it!
