      FedEx was a nightmare to work with. Package was marked as delivered and signed for before it even left New Jersey (where seller is based). They did eventually find it though, but made me take off 3 days of work to sign for the package since they kept not showing up on schedule. Other than the terrible shipping experience the product is in perfect new condition and has no scratches or blemishes. It works great, and it was nice not having to pay full price.
