    After l purchased the item, realised the postage was a lot higher than I expected or wanted to pay, therefore I requested a refund, unfortunately I bought this on the weekend so nobody could respond until the Monday. Thankfully I got a immediate reply from them on that day stating that I had been issued a full refund for the order no issues whatsoever, very pleased with the service and that they were willing to refund me without any problems.
