    I will be sending FedEx a claim for this. I have done everything possible, making sure this was shipped with lots of proper packing and sending it in a large tote so a box won't get smashed. I am horrified and disappointed that no matter hw hard we as sellers try to get things across the country without issues, it still gets broken. I did send you a message explainin how I plan to make this right. Thank you for your patience.
