    A couple of things: First of all they are based in Malaysia. They are on Malaysian time which is +15 hours ahead of MST. So, if you communicate with them early in the morning you will not get a response until 7-8pm MST time. They keep stock in a warehouse in CA, but first verify with them before you order. Shipping is quick for being free, and these were packed with care. Face lip has a plastic wrap all around and they were individually wrapped with foam wrap and clear plastic. Cool wheels!
