    Great food mag—unfortunately it folded!

    I wanted this issue for it’s review of the short-lived Michelin starred Ubuntu restaurant in Napa. Their fresh green pea “soup” creation was the most spectacular and original dish I ever had in a restaurant! The in depth article in this magazine about it’s brilliant young chef reveals why Ubuntu too unfortunately folded. Price of this magazine was high during its run, and back issues are more so!
