I have contacted the seller and had favourable responses but the product I received was not fit for purpose.When I first used it there was a leak from the tap end and the spray gun on the other end fell off where hose meets connector. Seller offered discount and replacement but the hose is useless. At this stage I have accepted the loss and will move on

I opened 1/3 boxes to check a hanger and didn’t like the finish (a lot cheaper looking than the photos). Didn’t use the hangers simply placed it back, taped up the box and the plastic bag and sent this back to them. Then they raise a case on eBay saying the hangers are not in a resellable condition and was going to make me pay £38 for opening 1 box, 2 remained unopened! Didn’t answer my messages just raised a case trying their hand to get their item and my money. AVOID THIS NASTY SELLER
