Delivery was slow, 7 days, even though the item had a ‘next day delivery’ sticker on it, but this is not the sellers fault.

Did not receive the item, seller gave the reason " Buyer asked to cancel Order" which I did not do. The Delivery person told me that my parcel had arrived at their Depot with damaged packaging. Correct reason was due to the seller not packaging the item well enough. Didn't even receive a message from the seller with an apology that he could fulfil my order. Poor Sellers service, won't buy from again
