I had a few queries about the item before I ordered it, but he was very very helpful and couldn't do enough to alleviate my concerns about sizing. I ordered the item and the status had changed to "shipped" with 1 AND A HALF HOURS. It was delivered very quickly, the size is perfect and my daughter is over the moon with it .
