Item arrived on time, well packaged and looked new. however, after installation, the remotes seem not to respond to the main module or the receiver, twice wrote to customer support and after a week, no response! this is my 4th self install and the only failure!!! the fobs are super well built, which is why is why i might buy again...

You are making a big mistake; I have not received any more messages after 20/5/2021. Can you forward me copies of the messages you sent me with the dates you sent them. I think you have sent them to the wrong person. If you check I replied to all your messages before 20/5/2021 and you even thanked me on the last message, Why should I not reply to you? If you check my feedback score I had all positive until you came along and spoiled my feed back scores.
