The tablet is in excellent physical shape and at first I thought it was new. The tablet is faster and more responsive than I thought it would be, the clarity of the screen when using the tablet is remarkable . Using 1mobile helps with the use of the apps. The directions in the box explains that Google store is not compatible with the device and to use 1mobile. I could use GetJar too. I have used this tablet for several days now and I have had no problems. The battery lasts for at least 4 hours and I did purchase the extra warranty because being refurbished I had no idea what kind of shape it would be in. I have referred several people to try this tablet,for the price I feel you can do no better and I bought a second one for my son.
For the price, it's amazing. Compared to full price units though... Apps crash A LOT. It's insanely slow running anything useful like Chrome or Pandora. Battery life is decent when reading books, at least 4 hours. It's definitely NOT THIN. This thing is thicker than a 1st gen iPad WITH a case. It's like 2001's iPod thick.. Kinda heavy, it's hard to hold for a long time when reading.
the only complaint is the play store. Not like Google play but does have some ok apps. The touch screen is very receptive to touch does not require much pressure at all. very nice display. anything you would want to use this tablet for its completely capable of doing it.
I purchased this refurbished so keep that in mind. But the tablet worked great when we first got it. But it has powered off and will not turn back on or charge. But I am not sure if this is because of the fact that is was refurbished or if it is a characteristic of the tablet itself
Bad buy wish i would not have purchased poor description of product not the right size and battery does not stayed charged
