Good Light for the money
Bought this fitting to install in a large porch for a lady with poor eyesight & bad mobility. She liked the idea that She wouldn’t have to switch it on & off all the time. I set it up so that comes in & out it will detect her movements & when she goes out & when she comes home, it lights up the porch brilliantly.. it was set for a timing of 60 seconds & unlike the old style infrared, while ever she is “pottering about “ in the porch, the light stays on & when she goes into the house, the light goes out after 60 seconds. It is an Ideal light for older people or people who are Disabled or Infirm & I think She will be wanting one in the hallway & on the landing. The light it gives out (depending on the bulb you put in) is a soft light & is easy on the eyes. It’s only been fitted a couple of ... Automatic light
These are a modern looking fitting that switches the light on as soon as you come in to the room, with a variable delay for how long the light stays on.. If anything is is a bit too sensative, but it does work really well. It takes a screw-in type bulb, so you can swap the bulb if it is too dim or too bright.

This sensor light works very well and is easy to adjust. With individual settings for Lux, Time & Sensitivity, it's no problem getting it to perform how you require. The Microwave Sensor is very effective giving virtually instant light when any movement is detected. Not the most robust of fittings, but for internal use and at the price I can't complain. And it's easy to install.

Motion-sensitive porch light
Other than not realising it didn't come with a bulb (even though it clearly says it doesn't), this light fitting is just what we wanted. Unobtrusive, but bright enough to light the doorway on a dark night. It is adjustable, so you can control how close people have to get before it comes on, which is great as we didn't want it going off every time someone walked past the house. MLS

No need to worry about switching on or forgetting to switch off your light.

It allows us to walk n and not walk all the way across and put the light on and then all the way back to switch it off. It is really good as you can set the timer from as little as 30 seconds up to 9 minuets if i remember correctly. You can set the sensitivity for different light levels. We have fitted a LED energy saving bulb and it works fin. It was easy to fit.We purchased this light for our hallway and it is just the job for what we need.
