You bought this Item on the 10th February. If it were broken upon arrival why did you not say this when it arrived. You have left this complaint for 2 months to advise and left this negative feedback without even telling me this item was broken. I do not understand how a Metal measure can break when in a sealed protective package and Bubble bag to post.

Can't believe I have never had one of these before. Saw one recommended when Googled how to make curtains and it is so useful for pinning hems. Surprisingly couldn't buy from my local haberdashery store, but buying on-line was very easy and I received it quickly.
