2.2 When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, eBay will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when eBay sends to you an order confirmation via eBay messages confirming your order or by a dispatch notification.
 
3. Right to Cancel for Consumers
3.1. You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“ have been fulfilled. If it’s found that the return is based on a customers/buyers mistake i.e. Size then we withhold the right to deduct our outgoing P & P Charges from any refund.

3.3 You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned unused in the original condition they were received in and returned at your expense.     A basic neccesity for any good toolbox (whichever country)

    America does not have box spanners, at all! (except for spark plug spanners) So I had to buy from the UK, albeit metric... However, there are about 4 direct size correspondences between metric and the 'funky' US system based on 1/64 of an inch (about 1 mm) I know the UK still does hang on their own 'funky' system, but at least the UK is beginning to adopt metric - but in the USA, NOWAY!

    Very disappointed with the quality. They are far from precision made, their hex profile is distorted and the flat ends are far from square with the shaft. I've bought Hilka tools in the past but they were of a descent quality Very disappointed with the quality.
