1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
1.2. The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between you as a consumer and Tooltime Tools, (hereinafter referred to as “Tooltime Tools”).
 
2. Offer & Acceptance
2.2 When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, eBay will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when eBay sends to you an order confirmation via eBay messages confirming your order or by a dispatch notification.
 
3. Right to Cancel for Consumers
3.1. You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“ have been fulfilled. If it’s found that the return is based on a customers/buyers mistake i.e. Size then we withhold the right to deduct our outgoing P & P Charges from any refund.
3.2.You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by using the eBay Cancelation Dispute Procedure or by contacting us through the eBay Ask Seller A Question Link.
3.3 You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned unused in the original condition they were received in and returned at your expense. We also recommend you use a recorded delivery service as Tooltime Tools will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.
 
4. Prices and delivery costs
4.1. All prices are in GBP. Delivery charges are not included in all the item prices quoted.

4.3. Postage Charges include the actual Postage cost plus, Insurance and packaging material.

5.1. We deliver to the countries listed within the individual Listing. If your country is not listed we do not ship that item to your destination.

    Could be even better

    Looks a strong laminated lock in an enclosed plastic shell, only problem I had is the free end of the shackle has a loose collar to seal which makes the shackle size larger and difficult to get through the eye of the U bolt. I took it off and instant glued it to the top cap, which works OK.

    Not fit for purpose

    Terrible, cheaply made locks. They are described as been waterproof for outdoor use. After 3 days of been used to lock my sheds they corroded and would not unlock, had to use bolt cutters from work to be able to access my shed. The keys are that thin they bend with the slightest bit of pressure which no good especially when you need to apply a little pressure under normal unlocking procedure. Don't waste your hard earned money on this not fit for any purpose locks. Oh yeah the ONLY good thing was that 1 key opened all locks (when they worked before they went outside)

    Quite heavy locks but with a small price

    Put these locks on the gates and the shed. We're heavier than I thought they would be. The yellow colour makes them stand out and therefore acts as deterrent. The best thing about the locks is they come with plenty of keys and as one keys can open them all , it means your not searching around looking for individual keys for each lock.
