Condition didn't match pic in the ad, because of the visible crease and the whole note is very wavy, not as perfect like in the ad. So, 2 reasons why the value was impaired, certanly is no longer UNC.
And the seller deliberately did not want to communicate in English, but only in Spanish (even though we were on Ebay.com, not Ebay.ES, which I warned him about, but in vain) and I no longer accepted his messages because it was unfair.
But the rating is based solely on the condition of the banknote.
