Seriously fantastic item at a brilliant price. Real value for money. After one use could really feel my core muscles waking up and thanking me. I Only spend a max of 20 mins on it every other day and I can genuinely say it's really helping. The grip on this item is beyond fantastic, which is reassuring as you get use to it. A Wobble Board
After two seperate operations to replace my knees, I started to lose sensation in my feet which in turn led to slight difficulty in walking correctly - walking is part of the rehabilitation scheme for those persons lucky enough to have their knees replaced. I should say that it was difficult at first, simply because you have no feeling in your feet so you cannot tell what your feet are up to without constantly looking down at them. However, with perserverance, it does get easier and quite soon after that, it becomes no problem at all, and the walking has improved 100%. All in all, this was a really good idea, suggested by the man who looks after my feet (difficult when you can't bend down too far yourself!). It is well-made, and great value, and I have to recommend it to anyone in a ... Absolutely love it!
I bought this on a whim but we absolutely love it, it is sturdy and non slip. My partner has problems with neuropathy (lack of sensation/nerve damage) in his legs and feet and is already seeing a big imrovement in his balance and has regained some sensation in his worst affected leg. Excellent value for money.

I broke my fibula and had to have syndemosis stabilisation tightrope surgery on my ankle 2 and a half months ago. Since coming out of a cast and an airboat I have had very limited movement in my ankle. Someone spoke to me about a wobble board so I purchased this wobble balance board and now 3 days later I already have more movement. Excellent tool to gently move your ankle In all directions. Very good value for ankle exercises,while sitting or standing. My physio recommended one of these & so far I'm impressed. It arrived on time with prior notice. It's really non slip on top,but ideally needs to stand on a mat or similar as the bottom is very smooth & when sitting it moves
