LEGAL WARRANTY

- From 1 March 2015

1. the seller is liable for any lack of conformity with the contract, and hidden defects of the thing sold;

2. when the consumer is in legal guarantee of conformity:

- the consumer granted a period of 2 years from delivery of the goods to act.

- the consumer can choose between repair or replacement of the property, subject to certain cost conditions laid down in Article L.211-9 of the Code ?? consumption.

3-the legal guarantee of conformity applies regardless of any commercial guarantee granted;

4-the ability to implement the guarantee against hidden defects; in this case, the consumer can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction in the selling price.
