It is a really fine and dry dye powder that mixes well with dry grout powder before adding water. Depending on the shade/colour of grout I get a varied tone of colour, so the possibilities are going to be endless. It isn't a cheap price for the amount, but then you get what you pay for, and this is a great product. I need to go buy some more now. Oh, and speedy service too! Thank you.
