Wrong item sent, after requesting, RIGHT door window electric switch. A left hand switch was sent. We asked numerous times for a return label. The reason for this,NO courier would accept this part for delivery DUE to CUSTOM paperwork. We also did not have this business’s VAT number for paperwork.
In the end I am 79 disabled, I had to go into town, to post the item. We have paid out £84.03 this includes postage (track and Trace.) item £71.38 + postage £12.65

Dann hatte ich die 16,45€ für Paketversand nach Italien bezahlt. Doch es kam keine Rückerstattung für die Rücksendekosten , sondern nur für den Artikel. Und keine Rückmeldung auf meine Fragen.
