First pair I bought one snapped after a couple of wears. Bought a second pair cos I loved the design but these also broke again after second wear. I contacted the seller and they offered refund or replacement. Because I love the design I went for replacement. Unfortunately these broke after a couple of wears. Silver is very soft so won't be purchasing from this seller again

I'm really sorry to hear that this has happened, these are a popular line and I am unsure why this keeps happening to you, after our previous communications and me resolving the problem with the offer of a refund or replacement for the first faulty pair I'm not too sure why I was not advised you had a problem with the second pair also, I wasn't even given the chance to resolve this problem for you before this feedback was left.
