The dispenser is intended for many Electrolux, Zanussi and AEG models. It has a wire harness included, which may be needed for certain models. It works perfectly fine in my Electrolux dishwasher. As a whole unit, I think it is a good quality and maybe a good value as well. On the negative side is that Electrolux/Zanussi/AEG offer this as a single unit, and nothing from this unit is offered as a separate spare part. In most cases only a rubber seal will fail, or sometimes a plastic door needs to be replaced, both together should cost less than 1 EUR. But there are no spare parts for this unit and you will need to change the whole unit. The unit costs at least 40-50 EUR and this is way too much if you need to change only a small rubber seal.The dispenser is intended for many Electrolux, Zanussi and AEG models. Saved the machine!
At 13 years old, we were sanguine about replacing the dishwasher when the dosing module failed. Then I discovered I could buy a new one. Then I discovered how the old machine comes apart , (very easy) then I discovered that (a) it’s best to isolate the mains and (b) there’s nothing wrong with the main RCD unit at home! Anyway, got it all sorted and back together and I’m delighted. That machine could be occupying a hole in the ground instead of continuing to wash our dishes! Very worthwhile, despite the shock!
