Achat d'une bande autocollante 2 M sur 15 cm de large motif drapeau allemand.
Suite à une rupture de stock, il m'a proposé un article de 2 M sur 7,5 cm de large, que j'ai refusé mais il n'a pas tenu compte des messages que je lui ai laissés ni même répondu.
Je lui ai demandé d'annuler la commande et un remboursement.
Malgré mon refus, il m'a quand même envoyé la bande de 7.5 cm de large au prix de la 15 cm sans même s'excusé ou proposé une autre solution !
