    Excellent Product

    After despairing about how I was to be rid of mould spots I purchased this and found it to be very easy to use. In hindsight I should have been more robust with my scrubbing as in a certain light there is a faint trace of them under the dye. But if you didn't know then you can get away with it. My hood looks a zillion times better and will keep me going til I save up for a new one. I have plenty of product left over if the spots reappear or I need further coats of dye in the future.

    Better products out there

    It looks the part, some of the reviews added to my wanting to buy this, but in reality the silicone proofer appears to have done nothing. The cleaning solution did what it needed too and got in there and removed the algae. The hood dye did a fair job of bringing back the colour on the hood. Renovo still did a better job in my opinion. The waterproofer goes on well, even cover across the whole roof using the spray and then a paint brush to really push it between the fibres, but after 2 coats water still saturated the roof, no beeding like you get with Autoglym and Fabsil. First rain came And the roof just was just totally wet. I’ll stick to Autoglym, but was worth a try.

    Amazing Results

    Can't believe the difference the mound cleaner made. Simple to use - I dampened the roof first then sprayed on the product - mostly diluted by about a third product to 2 thirds water. I used some concentrate where the mould was worse. I scrubbed in circular motion with a hard brush (plastic not wire) and the mould literally lifted off. I rinsed with a sponge and repeated until totally clear of moss and the withdrawn fluid was clear (it was bright green initially) . A perfect result. Cant recommended highly enough!! I also used the waterproof liquid as a spray once totally dried. I haven't needed to use the black yet as my hood is still a good colour but going by the order two products I'm sure this would be equally as effective!! 5 star rating

    Good refresh

    I bought this for the hood on an XKR that I bought. A general clean whilst I was waiting for the kit showed it to be in better condition than i thought. The cleaner drew moss out that just soap and water missed. I applied the colour with a pad, I think on balance better to use a paint brush, as it was in good condition I only used on coat which evened the colour and refreshed it. I applied the silicone sealer but it was not leaking anyway but I concentrated on the fold wear marks just in case. Not a strong test but satisfied with outcome.

    VW roof.

    Bought my wife a Beetle earlier this year and wanted to spruce up the roof. Bit nervous about doing it but no need. Roof looks like new now, really pleased with it. Make sure you have a couple of days to do it, and take your time. Well worth it. It has lifted the whole car. Definitely recommend to anyone.
