I awoke to find an email from Ebay proudly stating this was delivered - but I had not seen it and was in all day - waiting eagerly. Later I learned that at 11pm at night next door had been disturbed and it was left with them! No-one knocked on my door, I was in all day - and my elderly neighbours were forced to answer their door late at night. So product is fine but the delivery was A LIVING HELL!!

Radio silence for over a week so 4 weeks to the day of ordering and seemingly no interest from the seller in fulfilling this order i logged a complaint (BUT still willing to wait for the item). The next day i had a message saying my refund had been processed. I can't in good faith recommend.

As a buyer, I do expect for my messages to be responded to in a reasonable 'prompt way' to maintain trust however waiting 3 weeks for an item which boasts 10 in stock should'nt take that long with the exception of a custom order which this was not.Reply from: thedesignermaker- Feedback replied to by seller thedesignermaker.- Feedback replied to by seller thedesignermaker.customer was aggressive throughout. He ordered a mirror then wanted to change the size from 36 inches wide to 50 inches wide so I cancelled the order and refunded him in full. We agreed he would purchase a lager mirror but he insisted on doing a deal outside ebay to do it cheaper minus ebay fees and when I wouldnt he then wrote this feedback. So I dont agree with this feedback. All my items are made to order which is clearly advertised so I dont have them in stock.
