very good dvd prepare for a good workout. I took it at my own pace due to lack of exercise and a bad back. The warm up done me so you just have to take it slow good luck
After watching the ITV show I was intrigued to see just what this DVD would be like and I wasn't disappointed! Angie and Richard are just the same on this DVD as they were on the show - firm and motivating! I have done all the sections now finding them not too complicated and easy to follow. I was after a workout dvd that was easy to follow and which made you sweat - this did both. The music isn't that great but I found myself listening to the trainers instructions and encouragement which really helped- don't know how long it'll be before I get sick of them BUT you can turn their vocals off which is a good option. Some of the contestants are on the DVD too and you can see that they are really struggling just like you so that makes you feel better too
brilliant workout dvd... really gets your body woking... i wud recommend to a friend any time ... cheers
This DVd is great. The workouts are easy to follow and the trainers encourage you keep going and dont give up, which i found helped. I brought this product to try and excerise more and lose weight, as i dont like going out running and going to the gym on my own. Me and my partner did this together in our living room and he too liked the workouts. I thought it was good value for money and would recommend it to anyone who wants to start working out and get their confidence up.
i love watching the programe the biggest loser,and i work out.i sent for the dvd,tried it out and loved it.easy it is NOT but agreat dvd.
