The only issue I am having and didn’t expect is my existing SD cards are not compatible. The dealer wants almost $900 for a new SD card. That’s just stupid given they couldn’t even fix the unit for me. Seller was awesome about ensuring compatibility before shipping. They also provided a return shipping label. I definitely recommend this shop!

I swap the unit and it worked flawlessly without a single issue. Was not going to send original core back but figured I would so that these units continue to get serviced and be available for other customers as It is very hard to get Kia to replace them and the cost through dealership is much higher. This was a legitimate transaction and will absolutely recommend this seller 100%! Thanks !

Price was reasonable for a hard to locate 26 year old automotive CD player. Appearance was not a consideration. Outrageously expensive for "standard" shipping to a post office box. Shipping cost was much more than the cost of the CD player itself. Almost didn't purchase the product because of the high cost of shipping but I really needed it.

I am happy with the purchase. It shipped quickly and works great. In hindsight, I think I would purchase a refurb unit, not the "new" unit. Service from the seller was great. They contacted me via email to verify the replacement was the correct unit for my vehicle. They also responded promptly to every email I sent. I would purchase from them again.
