Noxema Shave Balm: awesome scent
I original purchased Noxzema Shave Balm when I was stationed in Italy back in 1987 to 1991. I found that not only did it help my face with skin problems but I got a lot of complements from the ladies on the scent. I wish this after shave balm was available in the United States. It would give a lot of these other balms a run for their money.
