Received on the timeline indicated after ordering and apparently shipped from China as it required some time to arrive. Not tested. The problem with transistors made in China is they can look OK but are made differently and can not handle full rated power. I have not tested these so I cannot give a more complete report at this time. Could be fine. When I saw they were coming from China I ordered others from a store not on eBay to get real US made parts.
