I email to seller let he know I got problem with shipping and let them contact with courier, first email they said they will, after few email they told me contact myself with local courier to find out info, I need spend time and finish work early to go there pay extra money and fix up docs before parcel come to Au, bad customer service

The 'problem with shipping' was the fact they had to pay import fees on the item, and was asking me about a declaration number. I spoke to TNT and they told me he has to contact his local TNT branch to confirm any information / pay for the import fees.
