I paid for these Vtg Boots on April 5th. Seller states will ship Monday....5 days later. On April 14th now 9 days later my very expensive purchase are still not shipped. Sellers comes back to state she does not want to pay out the ebay Selling fees. I ask her to please honor & ship my purchase. She says checking with ebay to see if they will discount her selling fees. It's now April 18th, 13 days after I paid & my purchase still NOT shipped. Seller indicates she is xperienced ebay seller!
