Delivery of parcels sent by us is generally provided with tracking details which is visible on eBay. Goods returned back with failed delivery attempts due to issue with the address will be subject to £3.50 cost of sending goods plus £4 for returning back the parcel.

The first attempt at delivery did not materialize but this was not the fault of the vendor. It was being returned to them by the carrier due to the fact it had been damaged in transit. Upon contacting the vendor a full refund or replacement was offered. The latter was chosen and this was undertaken by the vendor. The item arrived packaging badly damaged but thankfully the contents were ok. The customer service given by the vendor was excellent could not fault it at all.

    tape needs checked out before sending it to people

    the tape that come with the machine isnt worth tuppence its not even holding the bags closed its opening of the bags it looks as if the tape has been lying in a damp place which has weakend the strength of the glue on the tape would be happy if you could send me tape that will stick yours faithfuly mr r kane
