    In a word? Useless...

    The foam ring needed for the pool cleaner drive bar is (as pictured in the advertisement) a light colored very soft foam ring to be attached by stretching gently for placement on the roller for additional traction. The ring I received was rock hard, made from a dark material and absolutely would not fit where it was supposed to due to no ability to stretch due to it being such hard material. Even if it was somehow inveigled on to the drive bar between the tire/brushes, it would have been useless due to it being so hard. I hadn't bothered complaining about it because the effort and expense to return the incorrect item that I received wasn't worth my time. Absolutely not recommended.
