    The seller knowingly 'sold' merchandise they did not have. The order was made on July 31/Aug 1. The seller was required to have shipped the item so that the delivery was somewhere between the 5th and the 11th. The seller did not bother to notify me there was an issue do until I contacted them on the 8th when nothing had been shipped. The seller still did not ship the item until the 12th and only after Ebay intervened. My package still is not here on the 18th.
