Ok, so here the scoop with this guy. It takes a while for him to ship, but he does ship. I think the delay is just due to the sheer volume of items he ships in a week. Be patient. He is a man of his word....example...... I ordered a 3-pack of mats and only received 1. When I was finally able to talk to him about this, he made the situation right, no questions asked. Overall very happy with my purchase. The pants were in like new condition despite being used. Item price and shipping still make it a huge bargain if you are rough on work pants. 4 stars for communication as the seller did not reply to a question about combined shipping on multiple orders of different colored pants. This will not stop me from using them in the future, just not a perfect experience. I would still recommend this seller and will be buying from them again.
