1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
1.2. The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between you as a consumer and Tooltime Tools, (hereinafter referred to as “Tooltime Tools”).
 
2. Offer & Acceptance
2.2 When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, eBay will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when eBay sends to you an order confirmation via eBay messages confirming your order or by a dispatch notification.
 
3. Right to Cancel for Consumers
3.1. You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“ have been fulfilled. If it’s found that the return is based on a customers/buyers mistake i.e. Size then we withhold the right to deduct our outgoing P & P Charges from any refund.
3.2.You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by using the eBay Cancelation Dispute Procedure or by contacting us through the eBay Ask Seller A Question Link.
3.3 You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned unused in the original condition they were received in and returned at your expense. We also recommend you use a recorded delivery service as Tooltime Tools will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.
 
4. Prices and delivery costs
4.1. All prices are in GBP. Delivery charges are not included in all the item prices quoted.

4.3. Postage Charges include the actual Postage cost plus, Insurance and packaging material.

5.1. We deliver to the countries listed within the individual Listing. If your country is not listed we do not ship that item to your destination.

    A must for professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike

    Never used this type of cutter before, but found it easy to use and so far has worked above all my expectations. Some handy features are the stop for small wires so you don't strip to much. and being able to splice into cable by stripping the insulation without needing to cut cable is a definite plus.

    Very usable tool

    For 40yrs or there abouts I have stripped wire with my teeth now being over 60 I thought I would give my dentist a break, should have done it earlier and my dentist agrees. Easy to use on pretty much any type or size of wire, automotive or domestic and having used it a lot without sign of significant damage or wear and tear am happy to recommend it.

    Hilka Pro-Craft Heavy Duty Automatic Wire Stripping Pliers - Crimper Strippers

    The wire strippers are very good and do an excellent job at stripping the insulation off of cable. They are self adjusting, saves time and there is a gauge that can be set so that the same length is stripped each time.
