The item is sturdy. But no pilot holes drilled and the instructions are not very clear particularly around how the back sections sits in relation to the base. It needs to sit on the base board not 'behind' it as it stated in the instructions. We used the images on the advert to work out how it fits together. Hinges potentially weak point.

Item looks as described very good all fits together.one moan was parcel force absolute rubbish delivered it a quarter of a mile from my house told me it was left with my neighbour opened a 24 hour dispute for me and I never heard anything from them.luckily for me a lady called on me to say it was delivered to her flat so I collected it from her

Probably should be neutral feedback but I can’t be bothered to get into a debate. Asked if this should have come with at least some screws, or caps, was told rather abruptly that this is the way they are supplied from the manufacturer. It does seem a bit odd, but at the end of the day it’s about ten screws so no major issue. The item was ok, it was recommended by my fitter but in all honesty I think it’s massively overpriced. I won’t use again, perhaps a slightly friendlier response would help
