seller would not cancel order!now I have to ship package right back to them because they wouldn't refund or cancel the order that was made by mistake just 20 minutes earlier! smh

We were unable to cancel because we already sent it out. We process orders quickly. We asked to return it when you got it for a full refund. You can't cancel something that already went out, but we can refund once it comes back to us. Ebay's system once an order is shipped and there's a tracking for it does not allow us to cancel so we have to go through the proper motions. But we have a return policy and do refund. Thank you for understanding.
