Terms and conditions of the sale
Age of Consent
Where Goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age the Buyer must accept the age limit when placing an order to declare that they are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the Goods.
If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain Goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice
 
Delivery
Goods supplied within the United Kingdom will normally be delivered within five working days of acceptance of order.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly from any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by a third party to the Buyer's address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
 
Price and Payment
The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the Ebay listing. Unless stated on the Ebay listing to the contrary, the Price is inclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
The total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed prior to confirming the order and completing the payment process.
After the order is received the Seller shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the Goods.
Payment of the Price plus VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before dispatch of the Goods by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Contract if:-
The Seller has insufficient stock to deliver the Goods;
The Seller does not deliver to the Buyer's area; or
One or more of the Goods was listed at an incorrect price due to any error.
If the Seller does cancel the Contract, the Seller will notify the Buyer by e-mail and will re-credit to the Buyer's account any sum deducted by the Seller from the Buyer's credit card / Paypal account as soon as possible. The Seller will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation to the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Ebay website at its discretion. 1.7 The Seller reserves the right to withdraw any goods from the Ebay website at any time.
The Seller shall not be held liable to anyone for withdrawing any Goods from the Ebay Website or for refusing to process an order
Returns
If you would like to return a product you have purchased for any reason. You must do this within 30 days of receipt. To start this return process please contact our returns team at futuraebay@futuramail.co.uk
If you are returning a product which has been purchased by mistake, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the delivery and the return postage costs. All goods returned must be returned using a Tracked courier service. All goods must arrive in a brand new condition and in their original undamaged packaging.
Once the goods have been received they will be inspected, if the goods are in a resalable condition a refund minus any costs will be processed within 5 working days. If there are any reasons the refund cannot be processed you will be informed.
 
Warranty
The Seller warrants that the Goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to the description given by the Seller. Except where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, all other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or condition of the Goods, whether implied by Statute, common law or otherwise are excluded, and the Buyer is satisfied as to the suitability of the Goods for the Buyer's purpose.

    A cut above at a bargain price.

    The Terratek strimmer is superb. At a fraction of the cost of well known brands it is light and easy to handle but the fact uses replaceable blades instead of spools of nylon (which never seem to work as advertised) makes it a winner by a country mile. As well as working around lawn edges and the base of posts it also makes short work of brambles and the like.

    Brilliant for the money

    I bought one of these to fit my Terratek hedge cutters and Terratek strimmer. This gives me three batteries for two appliances, which means I can cut the grass or hedges, safe in the knowledge that I'll not run out of power down on my allotment. A great feature of these is the battery meter on the front. To see the battery level, you simply press the small button on the right hand side and an LED display briefly lights up to show you the state of charge on the pack. Great if you forget which battery is which! Yes, I would recommend this battery if you have Terratek gear.

    Carry on Gardener

    Ideal for the job

    Had the Terratek strimmer now for 3 years and the only failure other than blades has been the battery. New one arrived and all is well again. Good piece of kit for the price, and being an "non gardener", ideal for the job.
