Good Communication....BUT, the rack didn't fit the car so I had to make the holes on the car slightly bigger which I shouldn't have had to do. Paid in full & now I have received a demand from FedEx for £38.38 for import tax which there is nothing about on rack4smart advert. They labelled the part as "gift" which is wrong and I shall be referring this to Ebay's legal team.DO NOT buy from these people unless you have covered all your bases
