Paid for an order of x4 bottles of sandalwood oil. Received 1 bottle only with the screw cap seal broken and badly wrapped in cling film that did not prevent the oil from leaking. The print on the bottle had dissolved so much that it was illegible, the oil didn't smell even vaguely like sandalwood. Contacted the seller immediately and was sent a refund but no explanation of how this had happened. This company has a lot to learn re; customer service which I can only hope they are able to remedy
