Delivery company lost it in transit and Bison communicated really well and arranged for another one to be sent - would really recommend them as a company.

The bollards were placed in a cardboard box too big for them, with no packing material to keep them secure. As a result both both bollards tore through the boxes and then had to be resealed by the shipper. Thankfully, as they're steel bollards they didn't get damaged by the shipping.
