Well they certainly do what they say on the tin. Courteous mail kept me informed and the quality is to be believed in fact I'm finding it difficukt to lift the frame by myself. (Its in my hallway!) I cannot rate these guys highly enough, I unfortunatly had a few issues, first issue was the wheels on the case for my gazebo were deamaged in shipping. The second issue was the stitching of one of the corners of the gazebo came undone. However, these guys have the best customer service I have ever experienced, they sent out a replacement case and a whole new roof and side panels free of charge on next day delivery. They also responded very very fast. I wouldn't buy from anyone else
